All returns must have prior verbal or written approval. Returns must be shipped in the original carton and received in re-salable like new condition to receive a credit. Custom cut chair mats are non-returnable items, verify your measurements before you place your custom cut chair mat order. Please contact pvcchairmat.com for a “Return Product Number,” the return shipping address and instructions. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer along with the original shipping charges incurred at time of purchase (both ways), unless prior arrangements have been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be issued for the merchandise. You must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving merchandise for a return.
Orders may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Upon returning the mat there will be a 30% re-stocking fee incurred and the credit issued will be adjusted accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser “you” to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance. If there is any major damage we recommend refusing your chair mat shipment.
